This company, based at Technium Performance Engineering in
Llanelli, has invented and developed a product that will be
welcomed by every car enthusiast and owner. The product, developed
in conjunction with the Composites Centre at the School of
Engineering, Swansea University, is a specially developed polymer
foam band with one seam machine welded. It can be applied around a
stationary vehicle by one person in under a minute, as easy as a
fitted sheet. Reaching right around the car, 360 degrees, the band
gives protection from minor scuffs and dents to all bumper, wing
and door areas.
