As a Company seeking investment what will I get from xénos?

xénos is a business introduction service which specialises in introducing businesses seeking growth funding to investors in return for an equity share in the business.

To benefit from xénos you must:

• Currently operate your business in, or be prepared to relocate to, Wales;
• Be prepared to offer an equity share in your company to an investor;
• Be able to demonstrate the opportunity for growth potential to an investor;
• Have a comprehensive Business Plan.

In return xénos offers:

• A comprehensive assessment of your business plan and recommendations on any necessary modifications;
• Assistance to produce your anonymous summary for the xénos Bulletin which is circulated to an extensive database of investors in Wales and the UK;
• Six months entry into the xénos Bulletin, the first month as a full entry, the subsequent five as a three line summary;
• Assistance to produce a two page executive summary of your Business Plan to appeal to potential investors;
• Proactive matching of your business with the xénos central database to identify potential investors;
• An opportunity to present at regular Investment Fora held throughout Wales;
• Publication of your investment opportunity on the Internet (if required).

xénos will not disclose the identity of investors unless and until the investor(s) give their express permission for us to do so. There is no absolute guarantee that any investor will be interested in a particular investment proposal.

There is a registration fee of £300 plus VAT to register with the xénos network. In addition for companies who wish to present at our pan Wales Investment Forums there is a nominal charge of £100 plus VAT.
