which are seeking expansion or start up
finance. These companies normally qualify
for Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) tax
incentives where there is the possibility
of rolling over gains and/or avoiding income
tax.
xénos does not become
involved in the due diligence that would
be necessary in placing investments, nor
does it offer investment advice to investor
or company. Consequently, both parties are
always advised to seek professional advice
in relation to these issues. This is where
the professional adviser can add value to
their clients.
