• Pay the enrolment fee of £175 plus VAT (either online or by cheque)

A regional business manager will then meet with you to discuss your investment opportunities and ask you to sign:

• the registration form and
• a declaration that you are either a sophisticated investor or high net-worth individual (required by the FSA)

Offline

• Download the investor registration form (PDF, 68.8KB)
• Complete the forms and post it to:

• Include a cheque for the enrolment fee: £205.63 (£175 plus VAT) made payable to xénos, the Wales Business Angels Network Ltd.
